Last week I had a cupcake from a bakery in downtown Chicago. Now, I'm not much of a cake eater anymore (something about mixing excessive amounts of frosting turns me off now), but this cupcake was SO amazing. The frosting was perfect. So I'm now trying to replicate that cupcake. This frosting was definately close. The cake is more milk chocolate-y than the one I had from the bakery, but still pretty tasty if I do say so myself :)
