Ok, I know this isn't a cake... but I was browsing some recipe/cooking blogs today and stumbled upon this great site - www.joythebaker.com and her post today was an apricot crostata. Well, I'm not a big apricot fan, but peaches and raspberries were on sale so I thought it was a perfect fit! Now, mine are not as lovely as hers, but they taste great!
